These terms govern your use of the Lovely2Have website and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our site and services are provided by Nidex Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Lovely2Have.
1. Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.
2. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
3. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
4. Returns & refunds
You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return.
5. Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Some products are eligible for an extended Lovely2Have care plan, purchasable at checkout.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nidex Limited's liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
